REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION:

Please register for one person/one class per transaction.

If you are a MCA member, MDOT or governmental agency you receive a discount for a majority of the classes that we offer.

Your discount MUST BE redeemed by entering a promotion code at checkout once you have completed the registration form (you must also click the APPLY PROMOTION button before you select your payment option and the discount will be reflected in your total).  

If you do not see the discount reflected in your total, please contact the MCA for assistance before you complete your registration.

If you are are not a MCA member, MDOT or government agency please do not use the promotion codes, you do not receive a discount and your registration will be CANCELED if you mistakenly use a code.  You can check if your company is a member by clicking here.

PROMOTION CODE 

For LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 NEW CERTIFICATION – the promotion code is MEMBER

For LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 RECERTIFICATION – the promotion code is MEMBER

For ACI CST Certification – the promotion code is MEMBER

For ACI Aggregate Testing – the promotion code is MEMBER 

There is not a promotional code for  ACI Flatwork, Adhesive Anchor, Pervious Concrete or Inspector Training Courses

INVOICES

If you are an employee of the MDOT, please select the invoice option at checkout.  

Invoices are also available for other Governmental agency employees ONLY.

If you are not a governmental agency, PLEASE RETURN to the payment page and pay with the credit card option.

To guarantee a spot in the class, the class must be paid for at the time of registration unless prior arrangements have been made with the MCA.

Any registrations that use the invoice option and are not a governmental agency will be subject to CANCELLATION.

(NOTE: TBD’s must be paid for in full at the time of registration or they will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.)

If you need to switch classes there will be a $25 service fee that must be paid before processing your request.

After clicking “Finalize Registration”, please click the “View Full Order Confirmation Receipt” button and print your invoice.

NOTE: for all non MDOT invoices: The invoice that you receive at checkout IS your official invoice to pay from. You can also access this invoice/receipt from your confirmation email.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon completing the class registration.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the office immediately.
